Our webmaster Jim Nichols has kindly asked me to write an occasional column for our
Class of 1960 Reunion page, and I have enthusiastically taken up the challenge. It’s a
challenge for many reasons, but chief among them is that fact that I was a student at
Catalina High School for only two years, although those two years – our last two years –
may have been the most important for us. To write this column, therefore, I must call on
you, fellow classmates, to give me feedback, ideas, information, and – most importantly –
to correct any errors I may make or explode any myths that I may unwittingly perpetuate.
