John Barrowman
Upon graduation from CHS I joined the U. S. Coast Guard where
I received my technical training in aviation electronics.  I
returned to Tucson after my 4 year enlistment to work for
Burr-Brown Research Corp. (now part of Texas Instruments).  I
eventually worked for the U of A and Hughes Aircraft.  In 2002, I
accepted a full time faculty position at Pima College in Aviation
Technology.  I retired in 2006, but have been very busy as an
adjunct instructor.

My wife, Joan, and I have 4 children, 3 residing in Tucson with
their families.  We have 7 grand children and 5 great-grand
children.

We enjoy travelling, especially cruising.  We have spent the
last 3 summers in Western Colorado.
