Married Ruel Cooper my last year at the UofA. Moved to
Phoenix > Denver > Phoenix > Boise > back to Tucson in 1981.
Along the way I completed my M.A. at ASU and had 3 children.
Since 2002 our 3 children have married and given us 7
grandchildren, 6 of whom are under 6 years old. Most of our
travels lately have been to visit them. Daughter Kylle lives in
KCMO; son Ruel lives in Denver area; and daughter Kara is
moving from Tucson to Denver in October '10. We've been
blessed to have Kara, husband Matt, and 2 darling little girls
here for over 5 years. Tucson will be very lonely without them
here. For the past 7 years I have been teaching Tai Chi for
Arthritis classes around Tucson. It is very rewarding work and
makes me appreciative of all the good things in my life. I attend
the monthly Lunch Bunch when my schedule permits and
always have a wonderful time. No need for Laughter Yoga with
that group -- just get them together in a room.
